Re-Martz-able

For those of us wishing that Matt Walsh would just go away (his Warholian 15 minutes are long expired), this statement by Mike Martz was refreshing, which says in part -- "Let me make this clear – we lost to the New England Patriots in the Super Bowl because we turned the ball over three times."
A classy move by a coach that I never thought I'd be quoting. Of course, I never thought I'd be rooting for Ted Kennedy over Arlen Specter, either.
While looking for images of Coach Martz, I stumbled across this article, a preview of Super Bowl XXXVI. Ah, memories. The happiest day of my life...

The fact that you said you favored Kennedy over Spector got my attention for sure. I had to find out why.

It does seem that there are way bigger issues in America than the video library of the Patriots.

I feel your pain though to some extent. As I Giants fan, I have had to listen to the Bonds saga for what seems like half my life. A bunch of circumstantial evidence, numerous investigations, and nothing really solid.

The two scenarios are vastly different other than both cases have people like Arlen Spector that seemed to be consumed by it and then there's the court of public opinion where people play judge and jury without all of the facts.

Don't get me wrong - Bonds is a punk and I lose no sleep that he is no longer a Giant, but he never had a chance at a fair shake and neither will the Patriots.
